Royal Exchange Building

We carried out the refurbishment of a four story office block including LED panel luminaires and downlights controlled via daylight linked presence detection within the open plan office areas and stairwells. Single phase power supplies were installed to extract ventilation equipment and internal/external air conditioning units. Dado trunking was installed below desk height for data and small power outlets and a complete fire alarm system was installed throughout the entire building. Each floor had separate incoming supplies and metering equipment for sub-letting purposes.
