High Bay Extension

We installed an M&E installation package at this project which stands over 20mt in height which incorporated panel boards, TPN distribution boards, TPN, SPN & 110V switched sockets & isolators, 110V transformer units and double pole distribution boards and a 400A busbar trunking system. High bay LED luminaires were installed for energy saving purposes and to reduce maintenance issues. Three phase intake/extract fans were installed at high level and fire alarm, security, data & lightning protection installations were extended from existing systems.
We installed a new water ring main, extended the water hydrant supply to a test pit and installed processed water points fitted with Schrader maxi double port fittings. An existing gas pipe was re-routed & extended to circumnavigate the new workshop. Continuous ambi-rad radiant heaters were installed with local smart-com controllers & black-ball sensors to maintain a constant temperature and industrial air curtains were installed over 6mt high doors.
