Welding Bay Extension

We installed an M&E installation package at this project incorporating an 800A busbar trunking systems, TPN distribution boards, TPN, SPN & 110V switched sockets & isolators. We installed 110V transformer units, double pole distribution boards, fire alarm, data tannoy & lightning protection systems. High bay LED luminaires were installed for energy saving purposes and to reduce maintenance issues and three phase intake/extract fans were installed at high level.
We installed processed water supplies fitted with Schrader maxi double port fittings and a fresh water pipework system throughout. All break-ins were carried out during specified shut-down periods to avoid any downtime to the client’s production requirements. Industrial air curtains were installed  above 6mt high doors to maintain the internal temperature and to limit dust egress to the area. An intake/extract ventilation system was installed beneath the welding rigs and a LEV extract system was installed to remove dust particles created during the grinding process.
