New Build Office Block

We installed an M&E package at this new three storey office block incorporating a sub-main panel board, TPN distribution boards, LED lighting, small power, fire, security, tannoy, data, air conn & lightning protection installations. Dimmable LED luminaires were controlled by daylight linking presence & absence detectors to maximise power savings for the client.

We installed an air-conditioning system including ceiling mounted cassettes and external condenser units. Extract & fresh air intake ventilation systems were installed & controlled by a local control panel. We plumbed in a hot & cold water system including sanitary ware in toilets, coffee points & canteen areas. Drinking fountains were installed in the communal areas & roof mounted smoke ventilation actuators were fitted within the stairwells.

Weekly progress meetings & programme updates, along with a single point of contact ensured that the client’s specifications were adhered to at all times.
