About This Project

We carried out the refurbishment of workshops, toilets and lecture theatres within the Matthew Building at Dundee University. Dali-dimmable LED luminaires were controlled by a Prolojik lighting control systems, linking presence detectors, absence detectors and scene setting units to lighting control modules and control panels via bus-cabling. A Fastell P4 emergency lighting control system was installed and supplied from local Mweb controllers to allow the client to remotely monitor individual emergency luminaires. SWA sub-mains were installed from existing panel boards to new distribution boards which supplied lighting, power and ventilation equipment. New cat 6A data cabling was installed throughout from existing IT cabinets. The existing fire alarm, access control and security alarm systems were altered, amended and extended to suit the new layout.
